Together with students, they planted 150 trees including:
🥭 Mango
🍈 Guava
🍃 Papaya
🌳 Shade trees 👀 who’s empowering the next generation💪🏾: shout out to Unity Fraternity Uganda for their new initiative offering career guidance & mentorship to students in rural schools along with providing school materials to help vulnerable children stay in school 🙌🏾 Unity Fraternity is one of the new APOL affiliated clubs in #Uganda✌🏾#youth #peace #catalysts #greatlakesvibes 🥰 Over 85 orphans in Goma were treated to a special New Year meal lovingly cooked & served by Vision Club Congo, with APOL support. There were games, laughter, and even cake 🎂 as Alain, APOL director & a club leader, chose to celebrate his birthday with the kids—that’s leadership, showing up with love❣️After a hard year of violence and uncertainty, this gathering became a moment of hope—encouragement & solidarity for the peace club & children they serve. This is Africa youth. Resilient. Compassionate. Courageous. Not waiting for peace—building it, together. Merry Christmas & happy new year to all🫶🏾✨ #youth #peace #everydayafrica #africa #greatlakesvibes #RealTalkTuesday time: 🤔 What team are you on?
