What is Peace Camp all about?

Peace Camp is an opportunity for youth in the Great Lakes Region – Rwanda, DR Congo, Burundi, Uganda and Tanzania – to meet, learn and have some fun. Youth receive hands-on skills training in: conflict transformation through peer mediation; art therapy and a biblical approach to trauma counseling; social entrepreneurship; and the use of sports, arts, and games in peacebuilding. It’s an opportunity to make new friends. Experience new things. Relax. Discover more about yourself and talents.
